JLG innovates in the field of low altitude and high-altitude operations: launches a new 1230P model and upgrades the entire line
Compared with traditional ladders and scaffolding, Jierjie's 1230P provides a new solution that is more efficient and cost-effective, setting a new benchmark for manual lifting platforms. Its working height reaches 5.5 meters, with a platform load capacity of 200 kilograms, providing a 360 degree all-round high-altitude working range, allowing operators to efficiently and comfortably complete tasks while significantly reducing fatigue.
The core highlights include: work platform: vertical guardrail system enhances protection, automatic locking brake: starts during lifting to improve stability, compact body: 71 × 85cm platform, adaptable to narrow spaces, flexible design: easy to pass through standard door openings and cargo elevators, mobility upgrade: easy to lock wheels combined with optimized steering ability to achieve quick positioning. The 1230P platform has a load limit of 1 person, a total weight of less than 454 kilograms, and has low ground pressure, making it an ideal choice for sensitive ground operations.
JLG has made a series of improvements to its manual and unpowered lifting equipment by enhancing durability, maneuverability, and operational experience, making it more suitable for diverse scenarios. These upgrades further implement JLG's philosophy of "reducing ladder dependence and improving safety efficiency". Key improvements include: ergonomic steel platforms that are easier to access, have stronger anti slip properties, and improved durability. Punching platform design: enhances visual transparency, improves drainage and air circulation. Vertical guardrail upgrade: strengthens high-altitude protection. Improved caster system: one click locking/unlocking, more flexible movement. Automatic locking brake: standard on all hand push models, higher stability
JLG's continuously expanding family of low altitude aerial work platforms provides high-performance indoor solutions for fields such as mechanical and electrical engineering, HVAC, construction, facility maintenance, retail, healthcare, and data centers. Bob Begley, Product Management Director for JLG's low altitude and high-altitude work platforms, stated that the launch and comprehensive upgrade of the 1230P is aimed at helping operators maximize efficiency and reduce operational risks. With lightweight design, compact size, and advanced safety features, JLG low altitude aerial work platforms will continue to provide safe and efficient solutions for facility maintenance, commercial buildings, and industrial applications that are superior to traditional ladders and scaffolding.
